At AR Luxury Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering premium quality fragrances, and we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal and sensitive nature of perfumes, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Used or opened perfume bottles
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the product (if applicable).
Once approved, you will be guided through the return procedure.
Please do not send the product back without prior confirmation from our team.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Option
All the approved replacement and damage product delivery will be completed within 15 business working days
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
